AI is accelerating at a speed like never before, changing the landscape of everything from business and tech to health and space research. Naturally, people are frightened that AI will one day take their jobs, and writers are in the same boat. AI can handle almost any writing task so effortlessly that many professionals are genuinely worried about their future careers.
However, there is good news. AI might be able to churn out dozens of essays in a minute, but it cannot reflect the depth of human emotion. When I watch a bird and feel a sense of wonder, I express that feeling in my own unique way. AI can imitate that description, but it cannot provide the genuine experience of actually feeling it. That is the fundamental difference.
Technically, AI can write anything. But humans are humans; we will always thirst for genuine expression. A writer can provide that precisely. This is where the true power lies. A human writer doesn’t just give a polished answer; they give an answer that reflects the inner quality of the human spirit.
